Job Description

Work with marketing teams on data/trends for sales activities to provide data-driven recommendations through strategic reporting

Generate executive level reports for the internal stakeholders, partnering with the analytics team

Responsible for campaign operations and management

Act as campaign manager running outbound campaigns for the inside sales teams

Develop, manage and implement business processes to achieve business outcomes, working with technical and business stakeholders

Assist with lead management to support SDR/BDR teams

Work with, develop and implement sales enablement tools, system changes, and operational workflows

Hourly range based on experience: $40.00 - $58.00/hour

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

2+ yrs of experience with Tableau, SalesForce

3-5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or relevant experience

BS or BA in Business, Economics, Business Operations, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience

Experience analyzing business trends and data to provide data-driven recommendations

Experience working cross-functionally, in a collaborative environment Experience with marketing automation tools like CRM, SalesForce, Marketo, etc.

Experience with sales and marketing tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Strong presentation skills, communicating your results with clarity

Experience training large groups

Self-motivated, organized, pro-active, adaptable null
