Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products or services and drive customer engagement and retention. They will coordinate marketing campaigns, and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities. The Digital Marketing Specialist will also collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and brand consistency.

Company Core Values will be used to assist in making business and people decisionsDevelop marketing strategies accordinglyCreate and publish content which will interest existing and potential clients, including but not limited to: Writing, reviewing and publishing content for websites, social media, newsletters, blogs and other communicationsImprove traffic to all existing and new social media platformsCapture photo and video content to be used on website, and all other communication and social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram etc). This will also include videos for internal useMonitor and optimize campaigns with key KPI's (ROI, impressions, clicks and CTR) - this will include, likes, follows, etc.Assist with company events and gathering content to be used in marketing communicationsReputation Management- responding to reviews negative and positive, and help to gain more positive reviewsQualifications

Do I Have What It Takes?

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field: Prefered6 months experience in marketingExperience in Microsoft Office, Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud SuiteExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsStrategic thinker with a creative mindset and a data-driven approach to decision-makingSolid understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketingExperience with marketing analytics tools and platforms to track and measure campaign performanceAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
