The Creative Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing the creative process, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will oversee a Creative Traffic Manager, to streamline workflows and optimize efficiency.
Main ResponsibilitiesLead and manage day-to-day creative operations, fostering a culture of excitement and collaboration.Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from concept to execution, ensuring all projects align with brand standards and business objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including to align creative execution with brand marketing and business goals.Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in creative production.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope.Mentor and guide the Creative Traffic Manager, providing direction and support to enhance their performance and development.Analyze and report on creative performance metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practicesQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.7+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, or a similar role, preferably within the retail or fashion industryProven experience leading and managing creative teams.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.Proficiency in project management software and tools.A passion for creativity and a keen eye for detail
