Job Description

Join our team as Marketing Coordinator and become one of the authors of our story at Wildflower Farms, Auberge Resorts Collection. The Marketing Coordinator is a key role to the success of our resort as we continue to elevate our marketing. This role requires a foundational and understanding of a luxury aesthetic, with a strong focus on social media, website design and copy-writing. This role will maintain a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and is a self-starting team player that's resourceful, creative, innovative, and willing to roll up their sleeves to implement change. This candidate will report to the Director of Marketing and will support the development and execution of property marketing strategy and positioning, public relations, social, digital, tastemaker, partnerships and experiential initiatives.

Qualifications

Brand Marketing + StrategySupports Director of Marketing in all marketing launches, partnerships, events and experiences activationsCampaign Development - Attend meetings and brainstorm sessions to learn about the hospitality industry and contribute ideas to marketing strategy, campaigns, and activationsSocial Media

Works closely with the Director of Marketing to execute a social media strategy, assisting in day-to-day social media initiatives:Develop engaging and visually appealing content for Instagram (including reels and Instagram stories) that captures the luxury resort experience and appeals to our target audience.Assist in day-to-day social media initiatives, including drafting posts, writing captions, managing posting and community managementPublic Relations/Tastemaker

Supports the PR agency with reservations + itineraries for Influencers and Press visitsLiaise with PR agency + property teams to identify best dates and onsite experiences for visitsManage site alert forms, calendar, and tastemaker agreements for upcoming visitsDigital / Email Marketing

Support digital and website marketing efforts, including online reputation management, asset and copy development for website and adsDaily maintenance and updating of websiteDraft and maintain calendar of email marketing campaignsMarketing Partnerships & Events

Supports Director of Marketing with the strategic implementation of creative and on-brand partnerships and eventsBrainstorm and develop partnerships with other luxury brands, tastemakers and businesses that align with our target audience and enhance the resort's reputationMaintains critical paths, event checklists, on-site event logistics, and external communicationsLiaise with on-property operations team to oversee partnership and event executionOn Property Experiences

Help brainstorm and source on-site guest experiences and amenities that are unique, engaging, and aligned with the resort's positioning, brand and missionServe as on-property branding expert - ensuring aesthetic guidelines are being met across the propertyAssist in designing and updating marketing and marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and other collateralMaintain and create sales collateral including experiential, pre-arrival, F&B, area maps, and moreAsset Management

Digital Asset Management: Maintains and updates photo and video libraries in accordance with central process for the hotel & assetsSupport in photoshoot planning and executionMaintain and update current repository of collateral: i.e Hotel Key Facts/Assets, Photo + Videos, Promotional Calendars, Key Messaging, etcAdministrative Support

Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as tracking marketing metrics and sourcing materialsCreate Marketing reportsCreates calendars / recaps highlighting results and activations occurring each monthMaintains monthly Marketing budget and finances

Pay Range: $58,000 - $68,000
