Brand Experience / Creative Production Orchestration Lead (Cereal)

37.5 hours per week**Preference is local, would be a combination of onsite (3-4 days per week) and hybrid (1-2 days per week)**Occasional travel**

OverviewThis role provides production expertise across video, digital, audio and non-traditional content executions for *** portfolio of category leading cereal brands. Focused on executional excellence, flexibility and problem solving, this role walks the line between a brand's business challenges, best-in-category creative executions and the need for speed, quality and efficiency in the creative production process.

Key Accountabilities• Serve as an in-house content production expert and consultant to guide Brand Experience teams through the creative production process in support of the company's North American cereal brands.• Oversee a broad range of capabilities requiring high-level strategy that's platform/deliverable agnostic while serving as point of escalation to solve problems unique to the work creative production supports.• Remove blockers, educate brand teams, influence production partner selection and help find the most efficient path between creative brief and final delivery/distribution - note the primary focus of the work is on video-related productions and their associated digital extensions.• Manage the end-to-end production workflow across a multitude of large projects happening simultaneously with agency and production partners.• Monitor creative production executions to ensure the team has the proper level of support to deliver on time, on budget and on creative brief.• Deliver regular status reports and analysis of spending on current projects.• Support the roll out of the company's creative production workflow tool (CoLab).

Skills/Experience• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Advertising or Film• 6-8+ years of relevant experience• Familiarity with the creative production process, including bidding, talent negotiation/payments, and content/creative asset trafficking• Experience with consumer brands, large scale advertising campaigns, and the complexities of developing and executing brand campaigns• Strong creative skills, passion for greatness in brand communications. Solutions driven and collaborative.• Exceptional project management, budgeting, organization and communication skills
