We are seeking a talented Social Media Account Executive who is creative, socially savvy, and graphically apt, with a strong business sense and adaptability to both corporate and consumer-oriented audiences. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in content creation, has strong video, graphic design, and copywriting capabilities, and understands how to tell a story across various digital mediums. You must be hardworking, personable, resourceful and organized.

The position entails collaborating in a (hybrid) team environment to represent some of Miami’s (and beyond) most recognizable brands in real estate, hospitality and professional services.

Responsibilities:Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns that align with clients’ business goalsGenerate and edit custom content, including original text, visual designs, and videosCurate and manage published content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platformsDrive measurable traffic and engagement to client accountsCollaborate in a fast-paced, hybrid team environmentCreate monthly and quarterly social media reports using analytics dataDevelop and manage social media advertising and boost campaignsCommunicate with followers, provide timely responses, and monitor accountsMonitor and share new social media trends with the internal team to discuss with clientsManage experiential marketing and influencer partnerships for client activationsDemonstrate strong organizational and time-management capabilities, with the ability to multitaskHandle multiple clients and tasks while maintaining a keen attention to detailShadow and brainstorm with company management and the senior-level team

Requirements:Minimum of 2 years’ experience in social media management, preferably in an agency environmentBachelor’s degree in marketing or a related communications fieldStrong video and graphic design capabilitiesProficiency in graphic design programs and apps such as Canva, Photoshop, and InDesignExperience with video editing software optimized for social media (e.g., CapCut, Splice, Canva)Advertising experience with Meta Business SuiteAbility to strategize and execute ad campaigns based on client goalsProficient in analyzing KPIs and reporting data professionallyStrong social media copywriting capabilitiesFluent in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plusExcellent written and oral communication skillsDetail-oriented with a strong understanding of digital formattingStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
