Job Title: Director of Sales and Marketing

This role is a player-coach role where the right candidate will own company-wide revenue generation including their own sales and team leadership.

OutcomesDrive revenue growth through personal and team sales effortsDevelop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company goalsGenerate leads through coordinated marketing efforts (online advertising, trade shows, email)Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partnersLead market penetration and market development initiativesOwn and successfully launch go-to-market sales and marketing efforts for new products

ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the sales, customer success, graphic design, and marketing teams providing coaching and support to achieve sales targets and customer satisfactionOwn and drive marketing efforts driving high ROI and attributable revenue impact including trade shows, online advertising, and promotional campaignsManage and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiativesAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plusMinimum of 10 years building sales and/or marketing teams, with at least 4 years in a leadership roleProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growthStrong leadership and team management and excellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software and digital marketing toolsAbility to analyze data, make informed decisions, and strong problem-solving skillsWillingness to work full-time in our Englewood, CO office (this is not a remote or hybrid position) We do not consider applicants living outside of the Denver areaAbility to travel for trade shows and client meetings one to two times per quarter

Compensation : On Target Earnings of $150,000
