This is a 5-day on-site position offering a competitive base salary with commission incentives.
Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing & Development:Actively build a robust candidate database through professional networking, online resources, and targeted sourcing strategies.Research companies and review portfolios to identify top talent.Cultivate relationships with potential candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.
Screening & Qualification:Conduct phone interviews to qualify candidates and assess their fit for open positions.Verify employment history and check references.Create and maintain accurate candidate profiles within our CRM system.
Job Management & Communication:Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.Post job openings on relevant platforms and utilize social media for outreach.Proactively connect qualified candidates with open positions and manage the interview process.
Market Expertise:Stay informed about industry trends and local business news within the creative and digital space.Identify emerging talent pools and understand market demands for various roles.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required.1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the creative or digital industries.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Strong written and verbal communication with a focus on active listening.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and a CRM system (a plus).Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and a data-driven approach.Excellent phone etiquette and comfortable communicating via email, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
