Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, you will spearhead a talented marketing team as well as work cross functionally with marketing counterparts in Europe, to achieve key objectives and propel the company's growth trajectory.Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is strongly preferred.Eight years of progressive marketing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platformsStrategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.Ability to travel roughly 25%Benefits:Competitive base salary with an attractive commission/bonus structure.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) retirement savings plan with company match.Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.Dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and advancement.
