The primary objective of the Vice President of Marketing role at PERI is to provide leadership and management support to the marketing and product management team in the USA. Through leadership of the internal marketing and product management teams and collaborating closely with the Sales teams, customers, and the Executive Management Team, the Vice President of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan aimed at enhancing brand awareness and maintaining brand consistency across all communication channels. Leveraging PERI's resources and collaborating closely with the internal sales and research and development teams, and PERI's customers, the Vice President of Marketing oversees the launch of new products into the US market. Additionally, as a member of the Executive Management Team, the Vice President of Marketing contributes to strategic decision-making processes within the organization.

What you'll do on a typical day:

Devise and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to enhance brand recognition and product launches.Collaborate closely with the sales department to synchronize sales and marketing tactics.Provide leadership to the US marketing and product management teams.Establish current and long-term goals for internal marketing teams.Monitor and enhance all marketing campaigns as needed.Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources appropriately.Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and challenges.Provide guidance and concepts for organizing effective marketing events.Forecast hiring needs for the Marketing department.Contribute to quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.Manage marketing budget and expenses.Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing channels.Identify competitors, evaluate their strategies, and develop counterstrategies.Cultivate lasting relationships with employees, clients, government officials, and stakeholders.Develop and execute product life cycle, market segment, new market, pricing, and portfolio strategies.Oversee market research activities, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation.Lead the Product Management team and ensure successful product launches.Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the CEO.What you'll need to be successful:
