Ready to make your application Please do read through the description at least once before clicking on Apply.NYC *flexibility for the right candidateIndustry:CPG startup *health + wellness, skincare, personal care, cleaningSalary:$175,000 - $250,000 + (base) *will depend on level of experience*MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS*10+ years of experienceGraphic design background within the CPG space; ideally a blend of creative agency or studio experience paired with in-houseCurrently at a Creative Director, Executive / Sr. Creative Director, or VP / Head of Creative levelExperience leading Creative Direction for multiple brands under one umbrellaHands-on brand design experience; digital, print, packaging, 360 campaigns, retail (ULTA / Target / Walmart)Brand building experience; has been a part of building a CPG brand from an early stageAbility to be smart and efficient with visual and graphic design guideline fundamentals ie. color palette, typography, layoutCreative ability to think outside of the boxA strong, influential, and strategic Creative leader but not so far above being in the weeds with designDirect management experienceIn tune with popular culture (brands, trends, etc.)Strong work ethic, no ego, team player*These are must-have requirements to be considered for the role.
