Welcome to our innovative Growth Marketing Team, dedicated to delivering cutting-edge social media marketing solutions for food and beverage and retail clients.We're looking for enthusiastic talents to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing online communities, and driving growth across multiple platforms. This role involves working closely with clients to ensure their social media presence aligns with their brand and business goals.Key Responsibilities:Strategy and Client Onboarding:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to client goals and target audiences.Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Keep up with the latest trends to increase the reach, impression, views, and engagement rate.Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring clear understanding and alignment with their objectives.Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and adjusting strategies as needed.

Content Creation and Management:

Design graphics/videos using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Capcut or similar.Write compelling and on-brand captions for posts.Schedule and publish content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, Google My Business, Yelp, and Tripadvisor).Prepare and maintain a detailed content calendar that integrates all client activities and ensures timely posting.

Social Media Management and Community Engagement:

Oversee and manage all social media profiles for clients, ensuring they are up-to-date and engaging.Monitor social media platforms to stay current with trends and best practices.Actively participate in relevant groups, forums, and pages to drive conversations and engagement.Moderate communities, pages, and groups by managing posts, comments, and user interactions.

Conflict Management and Reporting:

Respond to both positive and negative reviews professionally and constructively.Develop strategies for managing and mitigating social media crises.Gather data from various platforms and analyze performance metrics.Produce detailed monthly reports and insights on social media performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Present to the stakeholders every month.

Influencer Marketing and Paid Advertising:

Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers to enhance brand visibility.Plan and execute influencer campaigns, including negotiations and performance tracking.Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, providing detailed reports on ad spend and effectiveness.

Qualifications:Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role with 3 years of experience.Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.Excellent graphic design skills and proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Capcut or similar.Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create engaging and on-brand content.Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Meta, Later).Ability to analyze data and produce actionable insights.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-starter.Experience with influencer marketing and paid social media campaigns is a plus.Meta Blueprint & SEO certification is a plus.
