We currently have a contract opportunity for a Video Platforms Product Manager to lend specific subject matter knowledge to a client engagement.

Nuanced understanding of the different encoding technologies (Transcoding)Familiar with FFMPEG (open-source software project for video, audio and multimedia files and streams); Understanding software technologies like CLIPSTER 5, CLIPSTER 6Experience with digital compression requirements; cloud native platform experienceRobust understanding of video formats, specifications, and emerging filmmaking/postproduction technologiesStrong product background especially with writing user stories and defining robust acceptance criteriaThe expected pay rate range for this contract is $95 to $115 per hour. Exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location.
