Our client’s Creative Studio is seeking a

Studio Ops Specialist

for a hybrid role in Seattle through Dec 2024.

To be considered for an interview, please make sure your application is full in line with the job specs as found below.This role will be 2-3 days onsite in Seattle – with travel a couple of times a QTR.This role reports directly to the Studio Ops Manager and uses established processes and systems to manage projects and campaigns with a focus on Brand Marketing, Social Media, Sponsorship, and team administrative work.KEY DUTIESProject ManagementManages design projects using the processes and systems identified by the Studio Ops Manager and works with internal clients and external vendors to ensure timely production.Translates requests into a Project Brief. Develops project plans, schedules meetings, creative reviews, and takes clear and concise notes. Communicates follow-ups and action items.Responsible for clear communication through every phase of the project from inquiry/request to final deliverable.Identifies opportunities to expedite project delivery or reduce costs. Identifies any possible issues along with recommended actions for correction.Provides system support to the Creative Studio team and internal clients to ensure successful completion of programs and projects.Asset ManagementIngests and archives project assets into Dropbox and the DAM (Digital Asset Manager).Handles digital marketing assets throughout all aspects of the project lifecycle by adhering to and maintaining digital naming conventions, file management, metadata systems, and quality control.EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & SKILLSBachelor’s degree with a focus in marketing, project management, or related field.4 years of experience supporting Creative teams and projects end to end.Creative Studio or agency experience is a plus.Well versed in project management software (client uses Workfront), knowledge of Adobe CS, Figma, and Digital Asset Management Systems (client uses Brandfolder).Excellent communication skills (e.g., verbal, written, and listening) and strong attention to detail.Work well under pressure and tight deadlines with the ability to manage 50 projects at a time.Must be authorized to work in the U.S.The target hiring compensation range for this role is $31.00-$34.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.Client Description
