Digital Marketing Specialist

This role will support our clients' marketing efforts while the current marketing manager is on maternity leave. Its purpose will be to execute on existing marketing strategies to drive acquisition of new leads, while also keeping clients top of mind with existing customers and prospects. The ideal candidate has strong digital marketing technical capabilities, is a curious problem solver, and can quickly fit in and begin executing.

Own the day-to-day website and email marketing production and development process, including the creation of email templates and landing pages to support digital lead generation activities. Other duties include:

Creating and sending one (1) weekly marketing email.Posting 2x or more to the primary social channel (LinkedIn).Working with Customer Support to create and distribute monthly webinar promotional materials.Creating and distributing 2024 Client User Conference promotional materials.

Work closely with the internal sales team to implement effective acquisition, engagement, retention, and cross-sell campaigns for prospects and current customers.Partner with a cross-functional team and other partners to investigate smarter targeting capabilities, track key digital engagement metrics, and assess opportunities for improving data and efficient team operations.Work with an outside agency to plan and execute on Q4 marketing campaigns.Desired Qualifications:

Demonstrated success building and automating lead generation strategies for B2B (ideally SaaS); knowledge of SaaS software sales cycles & marketing funnel is helpful.3+ years of email marketing experience, demonstrating success with implementing multiple acquisition and nurture campaign strategies.Extensive experience with WordPress (& Elementor), Google Analytics, MailChimp, Sendgrid, and Salesforce.Ability to translate a design (both creative mock-ups and conceptual ideas) into a plan of action for development and resources needed.Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to interface with remote offices and agencies.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a technically relevant field is preferred, though not required.The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40 to $50 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.Client Description
