Qualifications, skills, and all relevant experience needed for this role can be found in the full description below.We're seeking a highly motivated Senior Marketing Manager focused on B2B and Retail Partnerships to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, qualified traffic, nurture file, and use 1:1 automated marketing to unlock demand. You will also build marketing plans for owned retail and wholesale channels with channel owner partners to achieve business objectives.This full-time position reports to the VP of Marketing, BHI and Growth and is expected to work in a hybrid model, which currently includes Tuesday and Wednesday in-office.What You’ll DoB2B:Develop a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy aligned with business objectivesConduct market research to understand industry trends and target audience needsWrite briefs to develop compelling content to attract and engage target customersImplement HubSpot as the central marketing automation platformConfigure workflows, and lead nurturing campaigns, within HubSpotUtilize HubSpot analytics to track campaign performance and measure ROISupport launching a new website and customer interface and migrating customers to the new experienceDevelop and execute a strategic LinkedIn marketing planTrack and report on marketing performance using key metricsRetail PartnershipsCultivate and manage strategic co-marketing partnerships with leading retailers including negotiating terms, developing co-marketing initiatives, and measuring the success of these partnershipsManage and collaborate with external vendors and agenciesSupport Balsam Hill owned retail stores with marketing strategy and planningPotential for engagement with Amazon/MarketplacesProvide marketing support for new launches including new retail stores and sustainability initiativesPeople ManagementRegularly engage in discussions with direct reports covering performance and well-beingProvide opportunities for ongoing feedback within team and demonstrate transparencyLead team, with support of ourcompany norms, by providing guidance on career development, fostering diversity and inclusion, identifying training needs, and promoting our valuesWhat You Bring To The Table8+ years Marketing experience with at least 5 years of experience in B2B marketingBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field; post-graduate in business (MBA) is preferredStrong understanding of marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpotExperience with LinkedIn marketing and social media advertisingExcellent communication, collaboration, and project management skillData-driven approach to marketing with a strong analytical mindsetAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Entrepreneurial, growth mindset with an appreciation for what has worked and a curiosity to test new ideasExceptional written and verbal communication skillsAbout Us:

Where an individual falls within that range will vary based on several factors including geographic location and may vary depending on candidate qualifications and experience, applicable skills, and other job-related factors.
