You will join a supportive team and work with a client that sees us as a true partner. You and your team will support one of our largest clients.You will serve in an important leadership role, reporting directly into the SVP Client Solutions and Planning. You will demonstrate your working knowledge of the media space (Traditional and Digital media preferred) and available media research and systems. You will help manage daily tasks by assuring focus on important client goals and communicating appropriate resource needs to meet ongoing client goals.Responsibilities:Understanding of all media channels and experience coordinating across multiple media disciplines with a heavy focus on TV/CTV/Social/Digital.5+ years of experience with upper funnel media awareness campaigns.Coordinate with creative agencies on creative assets and account needs.Coordinate with multi-channel teams to design modern, strategic, and thoughtful integrated media plans across a myriad of awareness-based channels (TV, CTV, Video, Social, Programmatic, and Audio).Comfort overseeing and communicating directly with clients on questions and media plans.Help evaluate timelines and manage daily deliverables.Experience with analyzing competitive landscapes, pulling reports using agency tools, and compiling insights.Manage a large Media Budget and Flowchart.Guide media channel selection and forward think on new opportunities.Qualifications

5+ years of total experience in a large agency setting.5+ years of media planning and buying experience in the TV, CTV, Social, and digital landscape.5+ years of experience with Media Ocean, DDS, Nielsen Ad Intel, Pathmatics, Media Tools, Web Analytics, Ad Servers, and Media Research tools.3+ years of experience leading multiple levels of direct reports in a large agency setting.Understanding of planning sponsorship campaigns on a national level.Experience promoting collaborative relationships with other teams.Comfortable working with budgets/numbers and an understanding of mathematical concepts.Additional Information The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000-$152,000. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
