This privileged position creates a unique opportunity for marketing to generate significant growth opportunities through a variety of strategies by working closely with leaders across various organizations.We’re looking for a Director of Product Marketing to elevate our brand and product position into a sophisticated, enterprise-grade offering to enable our GTM function to enter hyper-growth. In this role you will fully own the strategy and execution of the entire product marketing function, focusing on building a cohesive B2B narrative for our two (and future) products, solidifying our position as leaders in our product categories, developing exceptional thought leadership, and enabling our sales and marketing campaigns with content that moves our target consumer. At the same time, you will oversee the product marketing strategy for our D2C motion, as we continue to grow our affiliate revenue and expand our existing accounts under the same Nova Credit brand.This is a full-time role on the Marketing Team, reporting directly to Nova Credit’s VP of Marketing.RESPONSIBILITIES:Elevate Nova Credit’s brand and product assets to position the company as a leading, enterprise-grade financial technology provider.Provide strategic direction for our product marketing function as well as create a cross-functional view of marketing initiatives and campaigns.Maintain strong cross-functional relationships and work streams with Product, Revenue, and Engineering to execute product assets and campaigns.Build exceptional thought leadership content that (1) educates our prospects/customers, (2) positions Nova Credit at the forefront of the cash flow underwriting movement, and (3) solidifies our expertise in the new-to-country credit market.Own and maintain our portfolio of marketing assets, including website, landing pages, sales collateral, videos, and more.Create collateral that helps our sales team win deals, including pitch decks, one-pagers, proposal documents, use cases, case studies, email copy, and other educational materials.Develop a robust framework for maintaining and democratizing product messaging and collateral.Leverage product and industry expertise (via customer feedback, user research, GTM market analysis, etc.) to continuously drive customers’ product competency and usage.Understand our customers’ needs at a granular level, unearthing the most critical pain points, and be their voice throughout all marketing assets and campaigns.Lead product launches and strategic marketing efforts.Routinely measure the success of assets and leverage insights to influence future GTM roadmaps.YOUR SKILLSET:Proven experience working with senior leads in a cross-functional capacity to drive projects to completion with a high degree of excellence.Experience building product marketing teams and managing various skill sets such as creative, content development, writing, editorial, product management, and design.Vision and creativity for impactful storytelling.Comfortable working with B2B and D2C audiences, simultaneously.Strong project management skills; results-focused with impactful execution and follow-through; highly detail-oriented.Ability to translate highly technical B2B products into crisp customer-facing narratives with a focus on driving product education and usage.Experience working with early-stage technology companies selling to different customer profiles; ideally in a fast-paced environment; fintech experience preferred.8+ years of B2B product marketing experience.We consider all elements of compensation as a part of the value we provide to Novans.
