VP of Marketing . If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing and a track record of success, we want to hear from you!The VP of Marketing will report to the COO. This position will develop brand and marketing strategies, delegate tasks to the marketing team, and set and achieve company goals and targets related to the Marketing Department. This position supports all Edovate Learning Corp. brands.It is expected that the VP of Marketing leads with skill and empathy, thinks strategically and executes effectively. The VP of Marketing will also 1) demonstrate a willingness to be a team player, considering the company’s best interest in all work-related decisions, 2) maintain healthy and productive working relationships with all employees, contractors, and members of management and 3) exemplify our Core Values in all interactions with stakeholders.This is a fully remote position

- you must live in one of the following statesRequirementsDevelop new and analyze existing branding and marketing strategies and improve upon them when necessary.Set daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets, and implement various incentives to ensure they are achieved.Build, manage, and coach a high-performing marketing team.Planning:Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness (5 primary brands / Integrated marketing mix: content marketing, social media, digital ads, direct mail, webinars, tradeshows, PR.).Set current and long-term goals for internal teamsDesign, review, and own the Marketing budgetPrioritize marketing projects and key initiatives and allocate resources accordinglyAdministration:Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the Executive TeamConduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growthProvide oversight to organize effective marketing eventsForecast hiring needs for the Marketing departmentParticipate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company’s objectivesTrack competitors’ activities and conduct periodic competitor analysisAssist with the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new staffExecution:Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategiesWork closely with the sales department to align sales and marketing strategiesMaintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channelsEffectively manage 3rd party relationships to ensure effective outsourcing and expected resultsEffectively lead a capable marketing team and delegate tasks effectively.Monitor industry trends and proactively share trends and recommended strategies/tactics based on those trends with the Executive and Marketing Team.Responsible for KPI identification, tracking, and resulting strategiesResponsible for maintaining accurate and actionable data and marketing analyticsResponsible for the annual marketing plan, strategy, executing plans, and leading teamsSkills & Qualifications:Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or similar fields is preferable.Extensive experience in a similar role, with preference given toward those with experience in online K-12 education. Homeschool experience is a plus.Superb marketing and research skills.Knowledge and practical experience with SEO, digital marketing tools, and related software (knowledge of HubSpot a plus)Highly observant and analytical.Strong leadership skills and the ability to make difficult decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
