Quaintance-Weaver Restaurants and Hotels is looking for a friendly, focused, and savvy Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team of enthusiastic restaurant and hotel professionals who provide outstanding experiences to the guests they serve in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of marketing experience, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a proven track record of bringing conceptual ideas to fruition. Experience in the hospitality industry and familiarity with Google Suite, WordPress/web maintenance, Meta are strongly preferred. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, SEO, and digital media production a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage all website updates and content ensuring all information and photography are accurate at all timesProactively manage digital marketing campaigns including organic search, paid search, display, mobile, and social. Participate in meetings to review results and set strategies for future months.Oversee third-party website integration platforms, including conversion optimization, booking engines, online store, and review sitesManage hotel and restaurant content on third-party platforms including business listings (i.e. Google My Business, Bing, Yelp, TripAdvisor) as well as OTA’sEnsure photography is up to date across all platforms and that it adheres to identity and brand standardsPrepare and execute strategic email campaigns to support goals. Analyze campaign performance, make recommended strategy changes and maintain and build lists.Develop promotional materials and collateralDevelop and maintain knowledge of market trends, competition, and guest demographics.Contribute to the annual marketing plans and budget process. Review goals and modify action plans as neededMaintain expenses within the budgeted guidelinesCollaborate with leadership teams on content development, photoshoots, and other communications initiatives.Coordinate and execute photo and video shoots. Basic photography and editing skills are requiredAct as the brand champion across all communication platforms, ensuring adherence to brand standardsPrepare and submit timely monthly reports to leadership teams. Recognize and include communication of market trends and competitive intelligenceParticipate in scheduled sales, revenue, and marketing meetings as requiredAssist with reputation management across various platformsAll other duties as business demands require

Required Skills
