As a Digital Marketing Specialist for C.A.T. you will be a key component in the smooth operation and success of our marketing strategy across all divisions of C.A.T. We’re looking for an energetic, highly motivated, self-sufficient, resourceful, detail-oriented individual who has an incredible passion for marketing. You will be responsible for being the voice behind our marketing efforts across all our Canadian brands while ensuring our digital tools, social media platforms and social customer interactions represent the high standards of excellence C.A.T. is known for. This role offers an opportunity to help shape how we maximize our sales and marketing performance across Canada & North America.Key Responsibilities

Optimizing website and marketing campaign performance by using tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation software.Monitoring key metrics such as analytics, audience sentiment, social media trends, brand awareness, and online reputation.Ensuring our websites rank well in search engines and maintaining its SEO.Developing content with the help of internal specialists or external consultants/agencies, in line with the content strategy and quarterly plan.Maintain and manage multiple pages on different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Glassdoor, YouTube and Tik Tok)Maintaining a consistent visual style across all marketing assets, including logo, imagery, colors, templates, and voice.Updating marketing materials to reflect the latest messaging and positioning.Collaborating with other marketing team members to generate ideas for promoting key projects, launches, events, etc.Managing and executing marketing programs on time and within budget by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.Developing targeted digital campaigns to reach B2B audiences.Utilizing digital channels such as LinkedIn, Google AdWords, and email marketing to reach and engage with target audiences.Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.Creating and managing content, including whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership materials.Staying up to date with the latest B2B digital marketing trends and best practices.Qualifications

University degree in marketing, communications, relevant field, or equivalent experienceMore than 2+ years of experience in marketing or communications in multicultural organization & enterprise environment.Sound knowledge of digital Marketing and a sound understanding for Microsoft, ADOBE, Google & WordPress or other CRM’s, example HubSpot.Experience with META.Strong command of the English language, Spanish is an asset·**Ability to travel where and when required** (5 – 10% per year)Required Skills
