Real Time Producer to join the r

function, this i is a newly reinvigorated team at AJ+ and is looking for a producer that is excited to grow this role from the ground up.
As the Real Time Producer you will work with the Executive Producer to develop the Planning team and coordinate with Newsroom Executive Producers to identify stories around upcoming news events of editorial significance.
Responsibilities:
Identify stories around upcoming news events that are of editorial significanceSurface top-performing content to the Executive Producer that can be repurposed to meet upcoming news events + identify how the content can be freshly repackagedSupport new methods of driving audience engagementDevelop and grow editorial coordination across AJ+Demonstrate a deep understanding of AJ+’s editorial mandate and pitch stories, interview opportunities and more that fall within that mandateMonitor AJ+’s competitors and trending storiesDevelop and maintain strong organizational systems for newsroom-wide contentMinimum Qualifications and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degreeAt least 3 years’ experience in online JournalismAt least 2 years’ experience in social media publishingSound communication abilitiesStrong organization skillsSound writing abilities
