ACS Communications Division is seeking an experienced and technically savvy Manager for our Marketing Analytics Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics, with proven leadership and managerial abilities. This role requires the ability to build and position a team for success, driving the strategic direction of our analytics initiatives. As part of the Marketing Operations and Analytics team, this data leader will be key in developing the Communications division's new strategic vision around audience insights and marketing analytics.

Job FunctionsLeadership and Team Development:

Lead and manage a team of analytics professionals to achieve and measure team, divisional, and organizational objectives.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and effectiveness. Maintain a high-performing team through effective recruitment, training, and mentorship.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging analytics methodologies and technologies, bringing innovative ideas and best practices to the team.

Strategy Development:

Evaluate and implement data collection and analysis strategies/tactics that align with organizational objectives.Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics dashboards to monitor marketing effectiveness and communicate insights to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Project Management:

Oversee analytics projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.Plan and implement standardized processes, team workflows, and project documentation.

Partner Engagement:

Collaborate with partners and stakeholders across the division to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions.Support partners and stakeholders with data analysis, visualization, and dashboards to provide actionable insights.

Analytics Technology Management:

Effectively position existing platforms (Adobe Analytics, Eloqua, etc.) and research new platforms (Contentsquare, QlikView, etc.) to achieve real-time data delivery.Evaluate and implement new analytics technology that supports our objectives.Provide technical guidance to your team and partners on the use of analytics tools and platforms, ensuring best practices are followed. Establish guidelines and training.

Background Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, IT, or a related field.Advanced degree or certifications in Adobe Analytics and Tableau are preferred.Proven experience (8+ years) in marketing analytics or a similar role, with strong expertise in developing and implementing ROI models, customer segmentation, and customer lifetime behavior analysis.Experience leading a team of data professionals.Experience owning and reporting on key KPIs to internal partners and leadership teams.Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.Hands-on experience with email, web, and social analytics platforms and data.Proficiency with data visualization platforms, such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense, etc.Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, attribution models, audience measurement methodologies.Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence business decisions at the leadership level.
