The West Elm brand is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst to support the Digital Marketing Manager in driving sales and customers to our growing brand. Williams Sonoma, Inc. is a multi-channel specialty retailer of high-quality products for the home and one of the largest eCommerce retailers in the United States with some of the best known and most beloved brands in home furnishings.About the RoleThe Senior Digital Marketing Analyst will focus on driving sales by optimizing the marketing investment across digital channels, which include Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Affiliates + Influencers, etc. A successful candidate should have experience in digital marketing; possess strong analytical, organizational and communication skills, and be highly detail oriented. It also requires the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing multi-channel retail environment.Key responsibilities include the testing and optimization of campaign performance, building and scaling successful campaigns, testing of content and marketing messaging, and reporting on KPIs.

There will be heavy focus on balancing budgets against revenue, spend, and customer forecasts. This position will interact regularly with creative, finance, merchants and cross-channel representatives.You're excited about this opportunity because you will...Implement Digital (paid search, paid social, display, remarketing, etc) programs to meet revenue and ROI requirementsConduct measurement and analysis on the effectiveness and efficiency of online programsMonitor performance across programs and analyze results. Prepare detailed, quantitative assessments of marketing results to be shared with senior leadershipMeticulously track spend, revenue, productivity measures/KPIs on a weekly basis and adjust investment as necessaryProactively work with team members, other marketing teams, merchandising, creative, finance, and other cross-functional groupsManage budget, forecast, and accruals weekly/monthly/annuallyPresent findings, analysis and recommendations to management through Senior Executive levels.Criteria3+ years of experience in online marketing, retail marketing, or digital media planningProven track record in managing and optimizing a budget to ROI goalsAbility to see trends and to extract actionable insights from data to drive resultsStrong organization and interpersonal skills; must have excellent communication & presentation skillsEnthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to lead projects proactivelyAbility to work in fast paced environment with ability to prioritize and be flexibleStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to analyze resultsMeticulous attention to detail requiredExperience with a web analytics system a plusMinimum Required: B.A. in Marketing, Business, or related fieldThe expected starting pay range for this position is $72,000 - $93,000 annually. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
