Full-time (Mon-Fri 8-6PM MST, Occasional Saturday Mornings)Company Overview:Our client is famous for authoring the books “Sell or be sold” and “the 10x rule” and he starred in the TV show “Undercover Billionaire”. He co-founded this business consulting firm in Scottsdale, AZ growing it from $0-$150M in just a few years. They help businesses and entrepreneurs grow and scale through their summits and conferences as well as business coaching and consulting services. Their main mission is to help people reach their personal, professional, and financial goals.The Role:Reaching out to current and potential clients through email and phone to increase event registration and engagement.Consult with business owners to understand their business needs and direct them to the event and business coaching solution that is best for them.Focus on ticket sales and enrollment of business owners and entrepreneurs into business events, summits, and boot camps.Conducting high volume outbound calls to leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for senior sales and enrollment team.Manage your pipeline using company CRM (Hubspot) and end-of-day reporting/KPI tracking.Daily role-play and classroom-style training sessions to build a bulletproof sales skill set for your first 3 weeks of onboarding and training.The Ideal Candidate:Experience or comfortability in a sales role or phone sales experience is preferred.Comfortable speaking to business owners and executives.Completion of sales training programs or mentorship is preferred.Has a high level of general business acumen.Was an athlete, in a sorority or fraternity, or just involved in clubs in college or is the best at some hobby or skill.Is in a season of life to learn and grow in their career, wanting to receive feedback consistently, and has a competitive mentality towards sales.Graduating student or alumni.Interested in business, sales, and marketing.Athletic background and competitive spirit preferred.Great communicators who love solving problems, working with people, and looking to kickstart their career in sales, marketing, or business.Students from any program/major are encouraged to apply.Compensation:On target earnings between $90k-$130k/year including a base of $36k/year + commissions.
