In this role, you’ll support campaign operations and end-to-end execution to support member engagement and retention needs ranging from outlining strategies, developing marketing assets, deploying touch points and measuring effectiveness. You will work alongside a talented team of marketers, product managers, designers, developers and data scientists to support the Oshi Health patient experience and marketing strategy.This role is an exciting opportunity to join a growth marketing team, make a big impact, and help us scale Oshi Health’s business as we continue to build new partnerships with employer groups and health plans.Areas You’ll Work On:Marketing Asset Development & Deployment : work with a variety of marketing development and deployment content management platforms (WordPress CMS, Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Content Builder, Lob, Segment, etc) and relevant coding languages (HTML, SQL) to build out marketing assets (landing pages, emails, mailers) from creative files, publish and deploy campaign materials to various audiences leveraging a modular design system. Partner with internal engineering teams and external vendors to support asset development and deployment.End-to-End Campaign Planning & Execution:

support operations and execution to implement campaigns including outlining strategy, building/updating campaign calendars and more to drive member engagement and enrollment.Campaign Strategy to Support Partner Growth:

drive marketing strategies and outline tactics to drive engagement with B2B2C audience including, employers, health plans and provider partners, as well as social and D2C outreach channels.Member Retention & Care Resources:

support member retention and engagement that allows patients to fully realize the value of Oshi Health through content that is specific to their care condition or intervention needs (articles, blogs, videos, etc.).Testing & Data Insights:

leverage, document and report on analytics and engagement best practices with marketing materials to iterate and continually improve content and patient experiences.Excellent organization skills and project management experience to drive to campaign timelines and asset development and deployment.Willingness to roll up sleeves and support campaigns however needed ranging from smaller tasks to setup tracking to outlining strategies and sharing insights with partners.Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.Exceptional relationship-building, customer service, problem-solving and communication skills.Strong attention to detail and passion for developing a differentiated and consistent brand voice and tone.Agency or in-house D2C marketing experience working with paid channels.Look for opportunities to solve problems in unique and innovative ways.Collaboration comes naturally, you can clearly articulate your ideas and build alignment within your team and across the organization.Ready to roll up your sleeves and serve the mission and goals wherever there is a need.Relate your work to the key team and company goals / OKRs.What You’ll Bring To The TeamMinimum 3-5 years previous marketing experience, preferably in an early-stage organization, D2C, digital marketing or healthcare marketing environment.Minimum 3-5 years hands-on experience working with marketing automation tools or enterprise-level customer engagement platforms required. Experience with SFMC strongly preferred.Intermediate proficiency with HTML and CSS; must be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of best practices and constraints specific to email development, e.g., rendering considerations across different email clients and devices.Experience working with startup engineering teams to draft requirements and steward implementation using agile development best practices.Own the QA process to ensure a smooth customer experience. Create and execute testing plans as needed to release new campaigns.Ability to oversee execution of marketing and advertising activities, including email, print mail, blog, paid media, social, omnichannel, etc., to ensure consistency and acquisition outcomes.Readiness to define campaign objectives and success metrics.
