Job Description
The Social Media Assistant is responsible for assisting social media presence, including the creation, curation, and potential distribution of unique content across digital platforms, as well as promoting engagement across the organization’s digital audience. The candidate will possess a deep understanding of how people digest and engage with social content and will be directed by the Director of Premium, Director of Concessions and HR Director.Job Responsibilities
• Assist in developing brand awareness and fan engagement.• Assist in creating compelling and visually appealing content for social media platforms.• Collaborate with team members on planning and execution of social media campaigns and promotions.• Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in social media marketing and identify opportunities for innovation.• Assist in developing and implementing social media content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.• Create engaging multimedia content (including graphics, videos, and written posts) for Aramark at NRG Park social media channels.• Monitor and respond to user comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content strategy.
Qualifications
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).• Strong written and verbal communication skills.• Creativity and the ability to generate engaging content.• Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva.• Experience with creating and editing content (photos, videos, blogs).• Good organizational and time management skills.• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
