Marketing & Employer Branding Associate

will develop and execute strategies to attract top talent to our organization. This role bridges marketing and HR, focusing on employer branding, candidate experience, and innovative recruiting methods. You will report to the VP, Talent Acquisition as you work to bring more RWE Clean Energy awareness to job seekers in the US with the support from our Global Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background with a passion for talent acquisition and employer branding.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage employer branding strategies to promote the company as an employer of choiceCreate and maintain content for the company's careers website, social media, and other digital platformsCollaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all channelsProduce engaging content, including email and ad campaigns supporting job postings, videos, infographics, and employee testimonialsManage and update content on various recruitment platforms and social media channelsDesign and execute recruitment marketing campaigns using social media, job boards, and other digital platformsAnalyze and report on the effectiveness of recruitment marketing efforts using analytics toolsEnhance the candidate journey from application to onboardingDevelop and implement strategies to improve candidate engagement and satisfactionPlan and coordinate recruitment events such as job fairs, open houses, and campus recruiting eventsRepresent the company at external recruiting events and build relationships with potential candidatesWork closely with the Talent Acquisition team, HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategiesStay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment marketing and employer brandingPartner with Global Marketing on targeted US marketing campaignsTravel will be required for recruitment events and conferencesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related fieldMinimum three (3) years of experience in marketing, employer branding, or related roles. Five (5) years of experience is preferredStrong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platformsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to navigate through multiple approvals and challengesCreative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas requiredProficiency with marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience in graphic design and video editingFamiliarity with SEO and content marketing strategiesPrevious experience in a corporate recruitmentPrevious experience in RenewablesBenefits offered:
