Our mission is to create growth away from home together for operators in diverse channels – including K-12 schools, colleges & universities, restaurants, bakeries, pizzerias, hospitals, hotels and senior living facilities. NAF gives you a unique opportunity make a tangible impact in a growth segment for General Mills.WHAT WILL I DO?Your NAF career will be built through different roles and assignments, each designed to build the depth and breadth needed to transform into future B2B Marketing leadership roles at General Mills.NAF Marketing’s rotational program provides early career guidance as you jumpstart your career at General Mills, along with the ability to experience our different areas within NAF Marketing: Channel, Platform and Custom. The program consists of 3 rotations of 12 months each that will provide you exposure across these areas, all at World Headquarters (WHQ). During the program you will:Run the Business:

Partner with Sales to deliver the P&L through demand generation, commercial spend oversight, cost management, and revenue growth. You will leverage data and insights to understand operator needs & preferences and translate them into a competitive landscape.Build the Brand & Business:

Support the development and execution of key marketing strategies across B2B stakeholders — involving operator empathy and understanding, targets, product position, and value proposition. This includes leading ideas across the 4Ps.Lead Teams:

Begin building the skill sets to lead teams. Build relationships with cross functional partners to inspire creative execution.
