We are seeking a Community Manager for our 99 unit Family Community in Santa Rosa, CA. The Community Manager will report to the Regional Property Supervisor. This is a non-exempt position with a Monday through Friday work schedule. We offer a competitive rate, depending on experience, ranging from $28-$30 per hour.
JOB SUMMARY:
Community Manager is accountable for property operationsSupervise and coordinate staff, activities and resources in order to accomplish property objectivesManage portfolio; maximizing occupancy levels and property values
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Must have at least two (2) years of experience in on-site property management, with Tax Credit knowledgeComputer skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft ExcelKnowledge of YARDI Voyager
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
Management of on-site staff and resourcesSuccessful track record of meeting property goalsLow Income Housing Tax Credit experienceMust have a valid CA driver’s license & reliable transportationHigh School Diploma or GED required
