Position Overview:The Head of Marketing and Creative Direction will be responsible for developing and executing acomprehensive marketing strategy that enhances brand presence, drives customerengagement, and supports business growth. This role requires a creative and strategic leader with adeep understanding of the footwear and lifestyle markets. The Head of Marketing and Creative Directionwill work closely with product development, sales, and operations teams to ensure cohesive andimpactful marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy and Vision:o Develop and implement a holistic marketing strategy that aligns with brandvision and business objectives.o Identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics to drive innovativemarketing campaigns and initiatives.o Oversee all creative direction, ensuring that the brand's visual and verbal identity isconsistent and compelling across all channels.o Lead the development of creative concepts and campaigns that reflect the uniquebrand personality and values.o Collaborate with the design and product teams to ensure that marketing and creativestrategies are aligned with product development and launches.o Support and mentor the marketing and creative teams, providing guidance andfeedback to ensure high-quality output and creative

an environment of creativity and innovation within the marketing and creativeteams.o Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns are on-brand and align with the overallstrategic goals.o Develop and manage a cohesive brand story that resonates with target audiences andstrengthens brand loyalty.Brand Managemento Strengthen and elevate brand identity and positioning in the market.o Ensure consistent and cohesive brand messaging across all marketing channels andtouchpoints.Digital Marketing:o Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, andcontent marketing to drive online engagement and sales.o Oversee the development and execution of digital campaigns that increase brandawareness and customer acquisition.Campaign Management:o Plan, execute, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, promotions, andproduct launches.o Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality marketing materials andcontent.Partnerships and Collaborations:o Identify and build strategic partnerships and collaborations that enhance brand visibilityand reach.o Manage relationships with external agencies, influencers, and media partners.Market Research and Analytics:o Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing strategies and tactics.o Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights tooptimize campaigns.Team Leadership:o Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing and creative team.o Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that aligns with brand values andgoals.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.• Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role withinthe footwear, fashion, or lifestyle industry.• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and creative strategies.• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce.• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.• Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong analytical mindset.• Proficient in marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social mediamanagement tools, and CRM software.• Demonstrated ability to oversee creative direction and man$130,000 - $160,000 a year#J-18808-Ljbffr
