Amazing opportunity for a Content Strategist to help our global client further expand their outreach to clients and prospects by sharing informative content relating to human resources, recruiting and hiring best practices.

Our client is committed to helping companies and professionals through the hiring process, on a global level

and the best way to do that is to share their knowledge.

Identify content gaps and look to agency partners for support

These plans are very much "top of funnel" outreach programs designed to inform and gain trust as a valuable partner to employers.

This is not a copywriter role but a true content strategist role, where our client will rely on you to ensure proper messaging, voice and channel are used.

The ideal candidate will have b2b experience in content adaptation, content strategy, and new content creation, ensuring content effectively captures marketing validated contacts, drives engagement, and aligns with broader marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

New Content Creation

: Lead the development of new content to fill gaps and support specific campaign goals and personas. This may include working with subject matter experts, conducting research, leveraging insights from partner teams like SEO and Research, and ensuring all content is aligned with brand voice and messaging.

Collaboration

: Work closely with campaign managers and other stakeholders to ensure that content needs are met, and that campaigns are supported with high-quality, effective content.

Performance Optimization

: Track and analyze the performance of gated content, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.

Localisation / Globalisation:

This person will oversee the localization of any content repurposed / created or used as part of the overall content mix.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a related field, preferably within a B2B environment.

Strong understanding of content gating, lead generation strategies, and content performance optimization.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with content management systems (CMS), marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
