Job OverviewWe are seeking a talented Music Director to lead our musical department. The ideal candidate will be passionate about music and possess strong leadership and communication skills.
ScheduleSundays 8:00AM-10:00AMWednesdays, during the school year, 5:00PM-8:00PMAdditional hours, as needed, for special events during the holiday seasons of Christmas and Easter
Responsibilities- Educate and mentor musicians to enhance their skills and performance- Lead rehearsals and performances to ensure high-quality musical presentations- Collaborate with other staff members to plan and execute musical programs- Select appropriate music pieces for various events and performances- Manage music library and resources effectively
Qualifications- Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire musicians- Excellent communication abilities to effectively convey musical concepts- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
