Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Director of Product Marketing to lead our product differentiation strategy in a highly saturated market. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the product marketing strategy for our product portfolio, ensuring that our offerings are positioned effectively in the market and resonate with our target audiences.

You will oversee the development and communication of compelling product messaging and value propositions, influencing the creation of impactful marketing materials and campaigns. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, you will align product marketing initiatives with business objectives and customer needs.

You will report to the Vice President of Product and build a small team. Your role will include analyzing market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and optimize product performance. By leveraging your expertise in product strategy, market analysis, competitive analysis, and GTM tactics execution, you will play a key role in driving product adoption, growth, and overall success.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and oversee the product marketing strategy for the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands.

Product Expertise:

Model development of deep expertise of our products & services for your team. Ensure your team members are the authoritative, well-informed voice of the product.

Product Positioning:

Define and refine product positioning and messaging to effectively communicate value propositions and differentiate from competitors.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to ensure cohesive execution of go-to-market plans.

Market Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and use insights to guide both product development and marketing efforts.

Go-to-Market Launches:

Develop go-to-market plans and lead execution, including influencing campaign planning to drive product awareness, engagement, and adoption.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze product metrics to evaluate the success of initiatives and inform adjustments.

Content Creation:

Oversee the development of high-quality product-related materials and content, including site copy, case studies and digital assets, to support product promotion.

You will likely have:

Proven experience in product marketing with a track record of executing successful go-to-market strategies and complex product launches.

Familiarity with technical aspects of telehealth platforms and services and eagerness to learn.

Strong strategic thinking and exceptional ability to integrate and align company, product, and go-to-market strategies.

Demonstrated leadership skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in data analytics to drive decisions and optimize product performance.

Excellent communication skills for crafting messages and presenting to stakeholders.

You may have:

Experience with digital health or healthcare technology in general

Previously worked in an early-stage, high-growth startup environment

Thrive in a fully remote environment
