We embrace a diverse and creative environment where everyone is celebrated.Responsibilities:Design and own missions from the initial paper design to a shippable state, including the design of new gameplay ingredients and encounters;Iterate upon the mission's design through feedback and playtesting to ensure the desired player experience is met;Create the logic flow of missions through visual scripting and manage the associated data;Oversee the evolution of your missions through each step of conception, ensuring design intentions are respected towards final delivery;Establish and actively improve design conventions for mission goals, actions, pacing, etc.;Support and review the work of junior teammates;Provide time estimates and reprioritize goals as necessary;Create and present detailed design documents and associated requests;Collaborate and follow up daily with other departments.What we're looking for:10+ years of game industry experience as a level/mission designer, especially on AAA titles;Strong understanding of mission flow and pacing;Experience with visual scripting and sequencing tools (Blueprint, Flowgraph);Proficient with Unreal Engine and related tools;Ability and willingness to adapt to constant changes;Good communication skills, both written and verbal in French and/or English.
