Job SummaryThe Digital Marketing Manager position exists to enhance and optimize the company's digital presence, primarily through the effective management of the website and digital campaigns. The role's primary responsibilities include monitoring and improving website performance, ensuring content alignment with brand and business objectives, implementing SEO best practices, and enhancing the customer journey across digital touchpoints. This work is crucial in driving lead generation, improving user experience, and contributing to the overall marketing strategy, ensuring the company remains competitive in the digital landscape.

What You Will DoAdminister the Sitecore CMS for ongoing website updates and maintenance, including the cross-training of teams. Monitor website performance metrics, troubleshoot technical issues promptly, and create SOPs and cross-training resources for team members.Regularly update website content to ensure it is current, accurate, and engaging. Work with the internal teams to develop and post new content, including multimedia content, blog posts, and other resources.Ensure website compliance with industry standards, legal requirements, and accessibility guidelines.Implement SEO best practices, conduct keyword research, and optimize website navigation and layout to improve visibility, search rankings, and user experience.Oversee the website development roadmap, manage marketing projects, and balance priorities to support acquisitions and new developments.Optimize the customer journey and user experience across digital touchpoints, using data and feedback to increase engagement, conversion rates, and retention.Develop and implement strategies to nurture leads and retain customers through effective digital interactions.Collaborate with web development to design, create, and optimize landing pages.Implement, measure, and scale A/B testing initiatives and personalization strategies to improve conversion rates and user experience.Ensure landing pages are aligned with campaign goals and target audience needs. Manage website lead tracking and optimization efforts across all advertising partners.Coordinate with content creators to develop compelling and relevant content for advertising and website updates. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.Review and approve content before publication to ensure quality and accuracy.Generate detailed performance website reports for advertising performance, including PPC and ILS campaigns. Ensure that digital campaign landing pages are aligned with campaign goals and tailored to the needs of the target audience.Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.Work closely with the marketing team to align advertising strategies with overall marketing goals. Partner with IT and other key stakeholders to continually enhance and optimize the website.Manage website budget and external vendors.Stay informed on industry trends, innovative technologies, and best practices.What You Will NeedBachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field. Master’s or advanced degree in a relevant discipline preferred.5-7 years of experience in website management and development within a related industry or multi-location enterprise organization, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in multifamily and real estate sectors preferred.Expert knowledge of Content Management Systems, particularly Sitecore. High proficiency in HTML, XHTML, CSS design, and cross-browser/cross-platform compatibility. Strong knowledge of SEO and applied tactical strategies to enhance organic traffic. Proficiency in creating website design layouts using FIGMA and Adobe Suite. Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Access, MySQL, W3C Web standards, and JavaScript is a plus.2-5 years of experience managing third-party vendors and leading project teams. 2-5 years of direct report management experience preferred.Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or relevant SEO tools.What The Job RequiresWork is primarily conducted in an office setting and onsite with physical inspections of turns and asset quality that require a moderate amount of walking and stair use. Requires sitting at a desk or workstation for extended periods. Involves the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.Requires the ability to work Monday through Friday.Requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines. The salary range for this position is $88,000.00 - $132,000.00 per year. New hires generally start between $88,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year. The final salary offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, including but not limited to skill sets; relevant experience; internal equity; and other business and organizational needs.

This role is also eligible to participate in Essex’s discretionary Annual Bonus program that is commensurate with the level of the position.#J-18808-Ljbffr
