The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices and strategies, with a proven track record of driving organic growth. You will be responsible for optimizing our website, content, and online presence to improve search engine rankings, drive traffic, and increase conversions.ResponsibilitiesSEO Strategy and Implementation:Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business goals.Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for driving organic traffic.Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, URLs, and content, to improve search engine visibility.Content Optimization:Collaborate with content creators to ensure content is optimized for search engines.Develop and implement strategies to optimize existing content and improve its performance.Provide recommendations for content creation based on keyword research and SEO best practices.Technical SEO:Conduct regular audits of the website to identify and fix technical SEO issues.Optimize website speed, performance, and mobile usability.Implement structured data, schema markup, and other technical SEO elements.Link Building and Outreach:Develop and execute a link-building strategy to acquire high-quality backlinks.Conduct outreach to relevant websites and influencers to build relationships and secure backlinks.Monitor and analyze backlink profiles to ensure link quality and relevance.Analytics and Reporting:Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.Track key SEO metrics, including rankings, traffic, and conversions, and report on progress.Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to continuously improve SEO efforts.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with the marketing team to ensure SEO aligns with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to keep our SEO strategy current.Provide training and guidance to team members on SEO best practices.QualificationsProven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website administration is a plus.Passion for fitness and weightlifting is a plus.Why Work HereCompetitive compensation.100% remote work with home office expense reimbursements.A culture built on trust, transparency, and integrity.Join Torokhtiy Weightlifting and help us optimize our online presence to reach and inspire weightlifters around the world!Experience levels: Beginner (1 - 3 yrs), Intermediate (3 - 5 yrs).
