ROLE SUMMARY:
Responsible for attending to customer needs through Atlanta’s digital and offline assets.
Write timely and relevant content for Atlanta digital assets like Facebook, websites, and email.
Respond to customer inquiries on Atlanta digital assets.
Ensure data on online and offline assets are aligned and correct.
Report incidents and customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
Effectively source creative assets to be used in the campaigns.
Liaise with the graphic artist in the production of creative assets including brochures, tarps, and online banners.
Manage events, from preparation to actual event management.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in a related field like Marketing, Communication, or any business-related course.
Familiarity with Digital Marketing.
Knowledgeable about the usage of Canva and other content management tools.
Experience in content and social media management, marketing, branding, and communication.
Good interpersonal, decision-making, and analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
At least one year of experience in the same field; fresh graduates are welcome.

Php19,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
