Immediate need for a Marketing Communications Specialist for a large plumbing Manufacturer in the Midwest. This position is REMOTE based. For immediate consideration, please send your resume to steve@asgsearch.com. Thank you!Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

Brand Management and Marketing CommunicationsMaster the brand book for each brand. Oversee the use and application of the brands across all internal and external platforms.Develop communications strategies for each segment.Lead marketing efforts in coordination with Sales and Product managers, including trade shows, product photography, lifestyle images, incentive programs, and campaigns with distributors for specific products.Support programs, promotions, and projects that achieve overall company and sales goals.Collaborate with internal and external development teams to develop digital and printed materials such as product catalogues, price lists, product manuals, product visual packing design, and flyers.Oversee the preparation of communications, media, and presentations as needed.Work with Product managers and Engineering to draft Technical and Product Bulletins.Build and maintain an up-to-date asset library using PIM tools, serving as the point of contact for asset requests.Manage customer communication using an email distribution platform.Develop and maintain relationships with PR/media contacts and service providers.Develop strategic communications plans for promotion and dissemination of content.Digital MarketingDefine appropriate digital channels and communication strategy for Mansfield and Vortens, considering their specific target audiences.Define KPIs and goals to measure success in digital marketing strategies.Collaborate with internal and external development teams to maintain effective websites and social media channels.Define strategies to create effective content aligned with commercial events, trade shows, and promotional calendars.Set up publication calendars for digital channels.Monitor consumer feedback in marketplaces, Google reviews, and consumer reports, coordinating appropriate responses.Monitor competitors' digital channels and activities, ready to react as necessary.Manage product data syndication.Maintain a calendar of industry shows, collaborating with the sales team to provide brand image materials and defining the communication strategy for each event.Coordinate the design and setup of booths for industry shows.Manage the strategy and planning of meetings, trade shows, and special events for the organization.Customer Relationship Management:Define appropriate responses at every contact point of the customer journey in collaboration with sales, customer service, and product managers.Manage a database of key audiences such as distributors, plumbers, and customers to facilitate communication and engagement.Capture and manage leads through the CRM tool, nurturing them with communications and next steps to serve them or convert them into sales.Manage relationships and contracts with agencies and vendors regarding web services, social media accounts, and advertisements.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Two years of marketing management experience.Two years of digital marketing experience.Two years working with third parties such as agencies and graphic designers.Bilingual Spanish is a major plus.Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts/Graphic Design, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.Desirable experience in building materials or plumbing companies.Experience in B2B marketing.Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies.Intermediate knowledge of WordPress.Intermediate capabilities in graphic design software such as Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.Experience with PIM tools.Product data syndication experience with partners and customers.Familiarity with CRM software.Experience with mailing tools.Management of business social media accounts.Vendor relationship management.Technical understanding of plumbing products.Knowledge of distribution channels and customer base.Excellent teamwork skills.Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
