Description Job Description: A Social Media Agent at XTalk Prep Consultants is responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating engaging content, and interacting with our online community. This role involves developing social media strategies, monitoring online trends, and analyzing engagement metrics to ensure a strong online presence.
Key Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Create, curate, and schedule compelling content across various social media platforms. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging. Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotions. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Required Skills & Abilities: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in managing social media platforms and campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong understanding of social media analytics and tools. Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in social media management tools and software.
