Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and increase customer engagement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging across different channels Manage social media platforms by creating and scheduling content, engaging with followers, and monitoring online conversations Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities for brand growth Analyze marketing data and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign performance Support the marketing team in organizing and attending promotional events, both online and offline Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify areas for improvement and innovation Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in using social media platforms for marketing purposes Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines Self-motivated with a proactive and creative mindset Benefits Competitive entry-level salary.
