Vice President of Video Strategy and Investment

Our integrated approach leverages data-driven insights, advanced technology, creative talent, and strategic expertise to deliver impactful results for leading brands globally.### Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute cross-channel video strategies in partnership with various teams, including Media Strategy, Media Precision, Account Management, and Measurement.- Serve as the main contact for clients and internal stakeholders regarding all video investment initiatives.- Utilize expert knowledge of diverse video channels to drive innovative planning and negotiation strategies.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media partners in the video ecosystem to optimize cross-channel investments.- Employ data-driven insights to enhance video investment strategies and ensure successful campaign outcomes.- Provide mentorship and guidance to video specialists, fostering talent development within the team.- Stay updated on emerging trends and advanced offerings in video, especially regarding streaming and addressable TV.- Contribute specialized video knowledge to new business pitches and strategic planning across various client categories.### Qualifications- Over 10 years of experience in media planning and buying, particularly in cross-channel video.- Extensive knowledge of digital streaming video; familiarity with local TV, radio, and out-of-home (OOH) media is a plus.- A Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.- Strong analytical skills with a proficiency in interpreting data and metrics.- Proven experience in managing teams and developing talent.- Established relationships within the video industry and a skillset for negotiation.- Excellent communication abilities to convey complex ideas effectively.- Strategic thinker who thrives in both independent and collaborative environments.### Additional InformationWe are dedicated to maintaining an inclusive workplace and warmly welcome applications from all qualified individuals.Employment Type: Full-Time
