At Trayt Health, we're looking for a creative and customer-focused Sr. Product Designer.

As the Sr. Product Designer at Trayt, you will be responsible for translating user needs and business objectives into innovative and intuitive designs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to deliver exceptional user experiences and visually appealing designs.

The ideal candidate is passionate about user-centered design, has a strong eye for detail, and possesses excellent problem-solving skills.

This role will report to the Principal of Design at Trayt.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research and gather user requirements to inform the design processCreate wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flowsCollaborate with product managers and engineers to define and refine product features and functionalitiesIterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and usage and industry dataPresent design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and gather feedback for further refinementWork closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of designsAdvocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to improving the overall design process within the organization

Requirements

Have 4+ years of experience in product design or UX designProven experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design workOpenness to learning from as well as sharing new ideas with teammatesAdvanced understanding of best practices in Figma and fluent use of Layouts, Variants, Properties and PrototypingResourcefully seeking and utilizing data to make key product decisionsSolid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practicesVisual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layoutExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive design solutionsExperience working in an Agile development environmentStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholdersExperience with responsive and mobile design principles is highly desirableStartup experience required

Preferred Experience & Skills:

Background in healthcare technologyExperience in the behavioral or mental health category

Pay Range:

Annual salary of $135K - $155K -- plus stock options
