Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the members and their guests.Membership and Communications Manager reports directly to the Director of Operations and supports the various departments, the Board and committees as needed.Member Sales and RetentionActively conducts in sales presentations, site tours, and customer meetings.Develop and ensure proper maintenance of an accurate contact management system, including call records, database and activity management.Maintains membership recordsPrepare monthly membership reports for manager and Board of DirectorsMaintain and develop strong relationships with current members to encourage participation in club events and maintain a high level of member satisfactionEffectively communicates with management staff and associates to increase knowledge of membership goals, satisfaction, retention, and activities.Prepares weekly and monthly newsletter for members from input given by each departmentMember CommunicationsMaintains the Blackstone Country Club brand standards and works to execute strategies developed to improve the awareness of the Club and communications.Managing the club’s social media activity.Redirecting or replying to inquiries and messages on various platforms.Creating and distributing the club’s newsletter and any other large-scale email distribution.Creating and distributing various club event marketing pieces to the members through various channels.EducationAssociate's degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
