EmployeeQualificationsJob knowledge:Social media marketing experience with Facebook and InstagramNewsletter development and marketing tools (Constant Contact)Comfort with contacting prospective members and sales developmentUnderstanding of a membership driven organizationSkills:Strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within the teamDetail oriented with a focus on accuracyProficient in using office software (Microsoft Office) and familiar with Meta Business SuiteAbility to adapt to a fast-pace, changing environmentEssential Job Duties & Responsibilities:Social media strategy and implementation:Maintain and update Facebook Page- Post 15 posts/stories/reels per weekMaintain and update Instagram Account- Post 15 posts/stories/reels per weekEncourage page/stories/reels likes/commentsCoordinate initiatives and campaigns to align with marketing goalsCoordinate initiatives and campaigns to align with sales goalsNewletters development and marketing tools (Constant Contact):Create templates for weekly newsletter and plug in information every Friday to go out onMonday by PresidentNew member prospecting and sales:Manage and update prospects/members in ChamberMasterSchedule appointments with prospective membersMaintain and recruit new members into the Prior Lake Chamber (goal 6-8 per month)Update New Member 101 Presentation, invite prospects/new members to eventsInterested candidates are invited to submit their resume and cover letter to sandi@priorlakechamber.com.
