Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

The Marketing & Social Media Coordinator is responsible for creating and delivering various marketing products to support the growth of our business. This role will be responsible for managing initiatives and delivering on strategies as directed. You'll participate in a wide range of marketing activities, including research, design, planning, reporting, and content creation. You'll work in partnership with internal teams across disciplines and industry partners to define business needs, identify and create critical content and marketing support gaps, and develop relevant solutions across channels and platforms - including digital, website, email, social media, video, collateral, presentations, PR, branding and more.ResponsibilitiesSimplify complex mortgage concepts through clear, engaging content.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent communication, alignment, and high-quality, brand-compliant deliverables.Create content graphics for social media and email campaigns.Proof and review content for brand consistency, grammar, and compliance.Manage custom loan officer requests via Zendesk.Leverage market insights to shape targeted marketing strategies.Develop and execute social media strategies that drive engagement and growth across major platforms.Maintain content calendars, manage social tools, and ensure compliance through regular audits.Stay informed on trends, test new capabilities, and connect big-picture goals to social tactics with measurable outcomes.Demonstrate strong ownership, attention to detail, and effective multi-project management.Support events and maintain confidentiality as needed.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (preferred)Previous experience in Marketing or communications with working knowledge of social media, event planning, lead generation, search engine optimization (SEO), email, and design techniques
