Job Summary:

The Medical Marketing Representative will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and increasing patient referrals. This role requires a proactive, outgoing individual who can effectively communicate the benefits of our physical therapy services to potential patients and referral partners.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Business Development:

Identify, target, and develop relationships with potential referral sources, including physicians, orthopedic surgeons, dentists, neurologists, internists, and other healthcare providers.

Conduct regular visits and presentations to referral sources to educate them on the services offered by our clinics.

Develop and implement strategies to increase patient referrals and expand the clinic's client base.

Track and report on sales activities, progress, and outcomes to management.

Marketing and Community Outreach:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the clinic’s services, including online, social media, and community-based initiatives.

Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and seminars to increase brand awareness and attract new patients.

Create marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and digital content to effectively communicate our services and value proposition.

Collaborate with the clinic's team to create and manage content for the website, blog, and social media platforms.

Patient Relations:

Work closely with the clinical team to ensure patient satisfaction and retention.

Assist in the development of patient education materials and programs to enhance patient experience and outcomes.

Gather and analyze patient feedback to improve services and marketing strategies.

Reporting and Analytics:

Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing and sales efforts, using data to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.

Provide regular reports to management on sales and marketing performance, including lead generation, conversion rates, and referral growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare or physical therapy industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and content marketing.

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is a plus.

Ability to travel locally and regionally to meet with referral sources and attend events.

PT, PTA, ATC Preferred.
