Trillion Health & Hormone is a group of specialized clinics focusing on women’s health and gynecology, hormone therapy, peptide therapy, and medical aesthetics.

Job Description:

The Marketing Director for our Women's Health Clinics will be a dynamic and strategic leader responsible for driving patient acquisition, enhancing ancillary revenue streams, and managing the launch of new clinics. This role requires a strong focus on growth, innovation, and community engagement to ensure the clinic’s continued success and expansion.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Patient Acquisition and Retention:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to attract new patients.

Design and execute targeted campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, traditional media, and events.

Analyze patient demographics and behavior to tailor marketing efforts effectively.

Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high patient satisfaction and retention.

Ancillary Revenue Growth:

Create marketing plans to promote ancillary services, driving additional revenue.

Monitor and analyze the performance of ancillary services, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize profitability.

New Clinic Launches:

Lead marketing efforts for the launch of new clinics, including market research, branding, and community outreach.

Develop and manage launch timelines, ensuring all marketing activities are executed on schedule.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful clinic openings.

Brand Management:

Maintain and enhance the clinic's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

Oversee the creation of engaging content that reflects the clinic's mission and values.

Monitor and respond to public perceptions of the clinic through social media and other channels.

Community Engagement:

Build and nurture relationships with local organizations, healthcare providers and clinics, and community leaders.

Represent the clinic at community events, health fairs, and other relevant activities to increase visibility and engagement.

Develop partnerships that enhance the clinic's reputation and drive patient referrals.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Use data to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.

Prepare regular reports for senior management on marketing performance and growth opportunities.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in Social Media Management on all platforms

Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in healthcare or a related industry.

Graphic and video design/ability to create social posts, in clinic marketing materials, etc.

Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

Ability to think strategically and creatively to drive growth.

Experience in launching new locations or products is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of women's health issues and services is a plus.

Organized and skilled in all Microsoft products including excel, outlook, and word
