As Brand Manager, you will lead the management and enhancement of our brand, focusing on growing brand awareness and engagement through strategic content creation and robust social media presence. You will be solely responsible for the execution of these strategies, ensuring our brand narrative is compelling and aligned with our business goals. This role requires you to engage proactively with various internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment. This is an exciting opportunity in a fast-growing business.

Main Duties

Collaborate on the development of a cohesive brand strategy with Commercial Director, aligning with overall business objectives.Independently execute the brand strategy through targeted marketing campaigns, content creation, and social media management.Lead the production of high-quality, engaging content such as case studies, news articles, technical blogs, and other marketing materials.Manage the editorial calendar to ensure timely publication and consistent brand messaging across all channels.Develop and implement social media strategies that enhance our digital presence and increase engagement with our audience.Manage all social media platforms, ensuring regular and strategic content updates that align with our brand goals.Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends and customer insights that inform our branding and marketing strategies.Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal departments to ensure brand consistency across all company communications and marketing efforts.Build and maintain relationships with external partners and influencers to enhance brand exposure and credibility.Establish and track key performance indicators for brand activities, focusing on content effectiveness, social media metrics, and overall brand engagement.Regularly report on brand performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations for ongoing improvement.

Knowledge and Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).Advanced marketing qualifications or certifications are advantageous.Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing and executing brand strategies.Previous experience with a focus on digital marketing and content management.
