About the Role:
This role combines marketing, sales, and team development to drive growth and impact. You will be responsible for promoting our online courses and events, building a high-performing team, and providing support and guidance to team members.
This is a fully remote role
with flexible hours (a minimum commitment of 15+ hours per week is ideal). This is a performance-based independent contractor role offering flexible, part-time or full-time hours.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns
Utilise various online channels to generate leads and conversions
Build, coach, and mentor a team of independent contractors
Provide support and guidance to team members
Participate in ongoing training and development
